1. Services Offered

Paarami provides a range of digital marketing and online branding solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Each service is subject to a customized agreement, outlining specific deliverables, project timelines, and pricing.

2. Payment Terms & Billing

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the service agreement or invoice.
  • Payments must be completed before the project starts unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
  • Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
  • In case of delayed payments, Paarami reserves the right to pause or terminate services until the outstanding dues are cleared.
  • Any third-party expenses such as advertising costs, hosting fees, domain purchases, or paid tools/software will be charged separately and are non-refundable.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient execution of services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide all necessary access credentials, brand assets, and approvals on time.
  • Respond promptly to feedback requests and queries to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical marketing practices as per industry standards.
  • Avoid making unauthorized changes to website content, ad accounts, or campaigns without prior discussion, as it may impact performance and results.


4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Content, designs, campaigns, and strategies developed by Paarami remain the intellectual property of Paarami unless explicitly transferred to the client under a written agreement.
  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or modify Paarami’s proprietary work without prior permission.


5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Paarami respects the confidentiality of all client data and project details.
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties unless required by law or agreed upon mutually.
  • Paarami follows strict data security policies to protect sensitive client information.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Paarami is not responsible for business losses, indirect damages, or third-party service failures resulting from our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific results as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors like algorithm changes, competition, and audience behavior.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the particular service in question.


7. Termination of Services

  • Clients may terminate their contract with a 30-day written notice.
  • If services are terminated mid-project, clients will be charged for all completed work and will not be entitled to a full refund.
  • Paarami reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:
    • The client fails to make timely payments.
    • The client engages in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities.
    • There is a breach of any contractual agreement.


8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
