Inja Wellness offers Marine Collagen Supplement products in India. It’s the only collagen provider in India whose products are formulated in Japan. These products are created on a foundation that nourishes human skin, hair and nails
The client requirement was to get at least 400% ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) on product purchases through digital marketing.
Challenges Faced:
- The lack of awareness and knowledge regarding collagen among Indians.
- The price of the products being on the higher side as compared to other collagen brands.
Strategy Implemented:
Created product awareness: Researching relevant topics & educating the general public about collagen
Interest Based Targeting: As collagen helps boost health and beauty, the target audience we selected was related to health, beauty, skincare, haircare, etc.
Micro-segmentation: We ran multiple ad campaigns, each showcasing different benefits of collagen
Conversion Rate Optimization: The Site lacked the elements to convert visitors to add products to the cart and eventually making the payment. Our CRO efforts improved the conversion rate by almost 4X

- Sold 2000+ products having successfully maintained a ROAS of 580%
- Improved Website Conversion from 0.4% to 1.5%
