We have been associated with FFD (Freedom From Diabetes) for over 15 months. To put it simply, FFD is a classic example of us using education as a strategy for a healthcare brand.
Through our past experiences, we were aware that the healthcare brand which started conducting an introductory & educational session for the client eventually ended up getting that client onboard. That was a simple strategy that we used here.
We suggested the FFD leadership team to begin conducting an introductory & educational session for diabetics, which drew an amazing response. Through these sessions, the client started getting enquiries from people who were serious about getting this treatment. Almost 90% of the efforts of the calling team got saved and the conversion rate became almost 4x as compared to earlier.
Another challenge that we faced in FFD’s promotion was that Facebook ads stopped getting approved because of the latest ad policies of Facebook. So we started communicating ‘Manage your Diabetes Better’ with Dr. Pramod Tripathi. So what we had to do was instead of promoting the brand, we started promoting the doctor.
The overall results so far are over 15 million views to the content posted, 188,000 subscribers, 60,000+ enquiries in 15 months, with an amazing conversion to the paid introductory session on Diabetes Reversal
